Real Estate Private tutoring is available by appointment. The material in this learning system is effective for helping people pass both the Broker and Salesperson test. However, sometimes, due to frustration, repeated lack of success on the test, distraction, learning style, lack of confidence, language issues, and various other reasons, an individual benefits from the one-on-one learning experience.

Private tutoring sessions are three hours in length. The student is asked to email a copy of his or her failure notice to dwightenorris@yahoo.com. Dwight will analyze the deficient areas and prepare study materials targeting these subjects. Tutoring sessions consist of study questions, analysis of the answers, discussion, test-taking strategies, and opportunities for the student to ask questions. Each tutoring session is unique, tailored to the individual needs of the student. The student will leave with printed questions/answers for continued study, and a written recommendation from Dwight on how the student should approach the study materials and the test for maximum success.

Math is not taught in tutoring sessions, due to its lack of emphasis on the state exams. If a student had a question about a particular mathematical computation, Dwight will certainly help as needed.

All tutoring sessions are conducted by Dwight E. Norris in person. The price for a three-hour session is $500. The student desiring tutoring will need to provide a suitable location and Dwight will travel to you. The fee for services is paid upon arrival in cash or certified funds made payable to RETC. Tutoring sessions are offered with no guarantee of passing the test, though Dwight’s pass rate is near 100%. No refunds will be offered or given.

Not all students are accepted for private tutoring. If Dwight believes the student has not applied the learning system offered through the live classes and on the website, he will likely recommend that the student do so before resorting to private tutoring.
