2.Read the answer choices carefully. The first obvious answer may be correct, but may not get you a point.

3.Some answer choices may contain an element of truth, but may not get you a point. Some questions call for the best answer.

4.Don’t waste time on questions you don’t know the answer to. Use the double checkmark chart. To learn how, come to class.

5.Don’t spend more than 20 seconds deciding what you’re going to do with a question. Answer it or place it on the double checkmark chart. Come to class!

6.Remember that on the sales exam, all of the above is often correct.

7.None of the above is not often correct.

8.Not enough information given is not usually the correct answer.

9.Don’t hurry. We make mistakes when we hurry.

10.Don’t go back and change answers. Your first instincts are usually correct.
