Instructor Biographies

Dwight E. Norris has been a real estate broker and educator in the state of California for over 25 years. He has over 15 years experience teaching real estate and broker courses, helping many students successfully pass the California real estate exams.

A published author, Dwight has written Property Management a textbook used in colleges and distributed nationwide in addition to teaching real estate courses. He has also appeared as the new host of Allied Business School's Exam Cram DVDs and Videos—Salesperson and Broker Editions.

Dwight instructs the Broker’s Class and is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and funny and teaches a great class.

Bruce Legg has over 22 years experience as a real estate educator in addition to his hands on experience in the real estate industry including brokerage and appraisals.

A master appraiser, Bruce has taught both real estate and appraisal pre-licensing education for over 12 years at colleges such as: Cerritos College, El Camino College, Real Estate Trainers, and Anthony Schools. He acts as a consultant for new real estate course curricula, reviews online appraisal courses and enjoys developing his own course material.

Bruce instructs the Salespersons Class and is most proud of the many students he has helped pass the California real estate sales exam.
